b-SIDE Market is a fast casual restaurant concept created by Chef/Owner Brian Mietus and Executive Chef Sochiro Kimura of Bacchus Wine Bar & Restaurant.

The inspiration, when the space became available, was to unify the first floor of the Calumet Building by absorbing the 2700 sq. foot space formally Mighty Taco and replacing it with a chef driven quick serve restaurant, market and bake shop.
